Wine Club Agreement
- I understand that I may cancel my membership at any time after one year
- My Credit card will be charged for wine, shipping, and tax where applicable at the time of shipment
- Wine club benefits are not transferable
- You may change your club memberships (add or swap) at any time by using your online account, by sending us an email or giving us a call.
- Red Newt Cellars will not be responsible for shipping charges incurred due to misdirected or re-shipped wines.
Shipping details
- Orders are shipped via UPS Ground or picked up in person at Red Newt Cellars
- We currently ship to the following states: NY, AK, CA, CO, CT, DC, FL, GA, IL, MD, MA, MI, MN, MO, NH, NJ, NM, NV, NC, OH, OR, PA, TX, VA, WA and WI.
- An Adult signature is required at the time of delivery
- Shipping guidelines may change in order to comply with individual state regulations
- We regret that we cannot ship to Post Office Boxes
