Red Newt Cellars requires reservations for groups of 12 or more people.

The following information will need to be provided  at the time you make the reservation.

1.  Full Name

2.  Telephone Number

3.  Number of people in the group

4.  Time the group would be arriving

5.  Credit Card Number

(NO reservations will be taken with out a credit card number)

-If the group is a no call no show- a $25 charge will be applied to the card.  If the group cannot make the reservation just call and there is no charge to the card.

-The cardholder is also responsible for any damage done by a member of the group, including stealing.

6.  Name of the Bus/ Limo Company

When the group arrives at Red Newt Cellars please have one person come in and introduce the group and give the greeter the confirmation number given at the time the reservation is made.

Please be aware that if the group is going to be 15 or more minutes late there is a good possibility that we will not be able to accommodate the group.  Please call to help us better accommodate with changes.

All members of the party must be 21 years of age - unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.  If there is anyone in the group under 21 without a parent or legal guardian the entire group will be asked to leave without tasting.
