The wine’s backbone of crisp acidity is ideal to pair with a variety of cuisine especially local farm fresh offerings. Riesling’s ability to express its sense of place, vineyard, and soil ensure that each bottling is unique. Here in the Finger Lakes, the Riesling grape is perfectly suited to our marginal climate and glacial soils, not only surviving our harsh winters but also ripening well. Thanks to many years of honing our winemaking technique, the Finger Lakes success with Riesling has allowed us to establish a regional identity in the wine world. Not to mention, we just plain love the grape.
